Important Points
- ※ As a general rule, each subcommittee will have 1-2 symposium sessions. If there are similar symposium applications, the secretariat may make adjustments.
- ※ To allow more members to participate, the number of presentations is limited to a maximum of 2 per person throughout all the sessions of the open call symposium. If the limit is exceeded, please coordinate with the application representative.
- ※ No remuneration or travel expenses will be provided to the chairperson or speakers.
- ※ Both the chairperson and speakers are responsible for their own registration fees for the general meeting.
- ※ There is no application fee required for the open call symposium. Please note that refunds will not be provided in the event of accidental payment.

After the academic committee review of the general meeting, the acceptance or rejection notifications will be sent via email to each application representative.
