  • ※ At the general meeting, a printed abstract collection will not be created. Only an electronic abstract collection will be issued. Please download the abstract collection in advance from the official general meeting website or view it on the day using a smartphone or computer.
  • ※ Pocket programs will be distributed at the venue on the day of the event.
  • ※ The abstract submission fee cannot be refunded as it involves review and other related work. Please note this in advance.

Registration Methods

  1. Please read the instructions carefully and proceed to the application page at the bottom of this page to complete your registration.
  2. Registration will be considered complete upon confirmation of payment by the secretariat.
  3. If payment is not received by the deadline, please pay the on-site registration fee of 10,000 yen at the reception.
  4. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

    Receipts can be downloaded from the My Page after registration.

    Please follow the steps below to make the registration fee payment:
    • 1. On the payment page, select "Bank Transfer" as the payment method.
    • 2. After completing the registration, send an email to the secretariat with the subject "Request for Payment Transfer".
      Include your name, affiliation, phone number, email address, amount of the registration fee, and planned transfer date in the email body, and send it to jsph82@convention-plus.com, the secretariat of the 82nd Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Public Health.
    • 3. After sending the email, please make the transfer to the following account:

      • When making the transfer, please enter the NO+Transferor's Name on the top right of the invoice.
      • Make sure that the transferor's name is the same as the registered name.
      • If it is difficult to make them the same, please inform the secretariat.

      ※ Failure to comply with the above may result in failure to confirm your payment.

      ※ Please bear the transfer fee.

    • 4. After confirming your payment, we will notify you of your registration number (a 6-digit number starting with R) by email.
    • ※ It may take 3 to 4 business days for the administrative procedures to be completed after the payment is made. Please be aware of this in advance.

Notes

  • If payment is not received by the deadline, your registration will be canceled. Please pay the on-site registration fee of 10,000 yen at the reception.
  • After completing the payment, a confirmation email with your "Registration ID" will be sent to the email address you provided. Please make sure to check it. If you do not receive the email, please contact the secretariat. For details, please refer to the [Registration Manual].
  • Registration fees and application fees, once paid, cannot be refunded regardless of the reason.
  • Only the presenting author (first author) of general presentations is required to pay the abstract submission fee. Co-authors are not required to pay.
