Call for Excellent Presentations
At the 82nd Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Public Health, we have established an Excellent Presentation Award to foster young researchers.
Please apply enthusiastically according to the following guidelines.
Guidelines for Excellent Presentation Submissions
1. Eligibility
- Lead presenter of general presentations (including English Sessions)
- As of March 31, 2023, individuals with less than 15 years of membership in the Japan Society for Public Health
2. Eligible Presentations
General presentations (including English Sessions) to be presented at the 82nd Annual Meeting
3. Application Method
Please register from the "Presentation Registration" page of the 82nd Annual Meeting website. Select "Apply" in the "Excellent Presentation Award" section during presentation registration.
4. Application Period
April 4, 2023 (Tuesday) to May 23, 2023 (Tuesday)
5. Selection Method
The abstracts of the excellent presentation applicants (regardless of whether the presentation format at the time of application is oral or poster, if you are selected as a candidate, posters will be changed to oral presentations) will be reviewed by the Academic Subcommittee of the 82nd Japan Society for Public Health Annual Meeting and several candidates will be selected. The selected candidates will make oral presentations at the Excellent Presentation Award Selection Meeting during the conference. Subsequently, the selection committee will select several excellent presentations. Please note that the candidates will make presentations at the Excellent Presentation Award Selection Meeting, and there will be no presentations in the general presentations.
6. Announcement and Awarding of Excellent Presentations

You will present and be awarded for your excellent presentation at the exchange of opinions meeting on November 1 (Wednesday).
(Candidates selected for the Excellent Presentation Award Selection Meeting can participate in the exchange of opinions meeting for free.)
