Information on Tax Benefits

If you donate to the joint project with the Japan-U.S. Medical Exchange Foundation, there are tax benefits available. If you are considering a personal donation, please download the fundraising prospectus and donation application form from the link below, fill in the necessary information, and submit it to the Japan-U.S. Medical Exchange Foundation by fax (03-6801-9778) or email (info@janamef.jp).

Co-Sponsored Seminars, Advertisements, Exhibitions, and Donations

The 82nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Public Health is accepting applications for luncheon seminars, sponsored sessions, advertisements, exhibition booths, and book exhibitions.

Please note that if the content is deemed inconsistent with the purpose of the conference by the organizers, your application may be declined. Please understand in advance.

Application Deadlines

Application Process

Please fill in the necessary information on each application form provided at the end of the event prospectus and submit it by fax or email.

Please note that applications cannot be canceled after submission. Furthermore, without the organizer's permission, applicants are not allowed to transfer, lend, or exchange seminar slots, exhibition booths, or advertising spaces with third parties. Please be aware of this in advance.

Process after Application

After receiving the application form, the management secretariat will send a confirmation email. Once the sponsorship slots have been determined, we will inform you officially. An invoice will be issued, and payment is required by the deadline.

Purpose of Personal Information Use

The personal information such as your name and email address provided on the application form will be used solely for the purpose of sponsorship application, including invoicing, receipts, and communication related to this matter. Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties.
